Jacques Lleu, the author of the present site, is a translator with the World Bank
(Washington, DC) and with DUNOD publishing company (Paris, France).
Jacques Lleu graduated in business, both at the Ecole des HEC (Paris, France) and
at Northwestern University (Chicago, USA).
His dual background enabled him to write an English-French glossary of marketing
terms, which was awarded a prize by the French 'Académie des Sciences
Commerciales'
